Epoxy Garage

Epoxy flooring is a unique floor material that has steadily grown in popularity. Once a concrete floor has been smoothed and prepped, a resin and a hardening chemical are mixed together. The chemical reaction will turn the mixture into a hard glass like coating once fully cured.

Our Process- Once our cutomer has accepted the estimate we begin by mechanically preppiong the substrate using our 12 or 6 headed concrete grinder. Hybrid diamond metal cups are attached to rotating disc that run in opposite directions of each other in order to profile the slab and ensure a rough enough finish for the epoxy to grip. Next, a single pigmented epoxy shaded to match the acrylic flakes choosen by the customer are applied using a notched squeegee to ensure the correct depth from start to finish. While the epoxy cures color flakes are thrown to rejection ensuring the entirety of the epoxy is covered. Finally,once the coating has had enough time to dry the flake is scraped and vaccumed to ensure all loose flake is removed and a 100% solids crystal clear epoxy is applied to the surface for durability and sheen.
