Metallic Epoxy

Metallic Epoxy consists of a two-component resin and hardener that are mixed to create a glass-like substrate that is very reflective and resembles that of granite or marble. These coatings are great for anyone looking for a beautiful floor with movement and variation and low maintenance. Metallic Epoxy can be applied in both commercial and residential settings where stains and abrasion can be an issue.

Our Process- Once a decision is made to go forward with a project the prep process can begin. First, any materials are removed by tooling, hauled off, and the substrate is profiled using our concrete polishing machines. Next, metallic pigment is mixed into the two-component epoxy and poured onto the slab either together or in specific layers depending on the aesthetic. Finally, once the epoxy has fully cured a burnisher is used to remove leftover imperfections, and a 100% solids clear topcoat is applied for durability.
